The Hurricane Riders Tour Becomes The Vaughnsday On The Road Tour 2022!
Unfortunately, after 2 full reschedules as a result of the Global Pandemic, we are very sorry to say that the Snake Oil & Harmony tour of the UK in November & December isn’t going to happen as we originally planned.
Dan Reed’s career as a Screenwriter and Director has really started to take off in the last year or so, and that has resulted in a major schedule conflict for him at the end of this year. It’s a sad thing for us, but an amazing opportunity for him and we should all wish him the very best with his exciting new endeavour. His statement on the matter will follow this announcement.
However, Danny Vaughn is going to go ahead and honour as many of the dates as he possibly can as a solo acoustic, “Vaughnsday On The Road”, tour. After doing so many shows online from home over the past 2 years, Danny is dying to get out and play for a live audience again and wants to bring the same fun and dedication that went into those broadcasts from home into a live show for you. If you have already purchased a ticket to the Snake Oil & Harmony tour, those tickets will be honoured at Danny’s show. We do understand if some of you are disappointed and request refunds but we’re hoping that you will come out and support Danny live as it is his first tour in almost 3 years and he’s going to give you his all in these shows.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to reschedule every one of the Snake Oil & Harmony shows so if you have purchased a ticket for The Live Rooms In Chester or The Rescue Rooms in Nottingham then you will have to get a refund from your ticket seller. "I regret to inform everyone that I won’t be able to perform on this winter’s ‘Snake Oil and Harmony UK Tour’ with Danny Vaughn.
As some of you may be aware I’ve been working on a film project for the last 2 years and it seems that everything is finally falling into place to go into pre-production this late October. Sadly , this means I have to cancel all live dates for the foreseeable future.
As the director of a feature film I will be needed every day to field questions, solve problems, and co-create with a small army of artists. This means I need to be in Prague 24/7 up until we begin shooting in March of 2023 to work with our VFX producer, production designer, casting director, storyboard artist, and scouting locations. It will be long days of planning all the way up to our start date and I simply can’t be away for two weeks right in the thick of it all. This is really a once in a lifetime opportunity myself and our team that worked on the short film have worked too hard on to drop the ball.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone who was planning on attending these dates. I sincerely hope Mr. Vaughn will be back out on the road with you all soon!
